Position Overview:
We are a leading Web Design and Development Agency looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administration Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office management and administrative functions, providing support to our creative and technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Office Operations:
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Communication:
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Support internal and external communication efforts.
- Draft and distribute emails, memos, and other communications.
- Project Assistance:
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Assist in event planning and execution for company events and meetings.
- Help with the implementation of new company procedures and policies.
- Data Management:
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Ensure all records are kept up-to-date and stored appropriately.
- Assist in managing databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Human Resources).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
